Storage & Safety

Do I need to refrigerate my lozenges?

No. Store your lozenges in a cool, dry place inside the resealable bag. Avoid leaving them in a hot car or direct sunlight to maintain freshness.

Are your lozenges safe for pets?

No. Our lozenges are made exclusively for human consumption and should never be given to pets or animals.

Are your lozenges safe for children?

Our lozenges are hard and intended to dissolve slowly, so we do not recommend them for children under age 5 due to choking hazards. For dietary supplement blends, please always review the back of the bag for specific age guidance and directions for use.

Using Our Lozenges

How should I enjoy your lozenges?

Let each lozenge slowly dissolve in your mouth — don’t chew. This allows you to enjoy the botanicals gradually, just as the lozenge is intended to be used.

Why do you make lozenges instead of gummies or chews?

We choose a lozenge format because it dissolves slowly in the mouth, creating a more gradual and intentional experience with plant botanicals, rather than chewing and swallowing like a gummy or chew.

How many lozenges can I have in a day?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. We suggest enjoying one lozenge at a time and letting it fully dissolve; many customers find that 2–4 per day works well for them. Always follow any guidance listed on the product label.

Why do you use organic unrefined cane sugar?

We use organic unrefined cane sugar because it’s minimally processed, naturally golden in color, and true to the plant. It provides a smooth, clean sweetness without harsh refining.

How much sugar is in each lozenge?

Each lozenge contains about 3 grams of total sugars. Exact values are listed on the Nutrition Facts or Supplement Facts panel on every package.

Do you use sugar alcohols (like xylitol or erythritol)?

No. We never use sugar alcohols. Instead, we use organic cane sugar and organic brown rice syrup for a clean, simple sweetness.

Do you really use plant extracts?

Yes. We work directly with real botanicals and plant extracts — never powders or fillers — to preserve natural flavor and integrity.

Where do you source your plants?

We partner with trusted suppliers that provide USDA Organic Certified ingredients and meet strict quality and purity standards.

Shipping & Orders

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We pack and ship orders in-house to ensure freshness and care.

Which carriers do you use?

Most orders ship via USPS, with larger orders occasionally shipped through UPS.

Do you guarantee delivery?

We can’t guarantee delivery once a package is in the carrier’s hands, but if there’s ever an issue, please reach out — we’re happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Returns for change of mind may be accepted within 5 days of receipt if items are unused, unopened, and resellable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
