These healthy hard candy blends have been a labor of love, inspired by both the heart and the genuine need for support on the journey to curb those persistent food cravings.

Just the Stats Ma'am, Just the Stats

Our journey with Curb began in late 2021, and after months of dreaming, testing, and pushing boundaries, we're excited to introduce a uniquely tasting and highly beneficial candy. The goal was clear - to provide a helping hand to individuals seeking support in curbing their food cravings.

In early 2022, Curb AM and PM were more than just candies; they were researched, prayed upon, and tasted by those closest to me. Despite pushing my comfort zone, the blend of dandelion root, schisandra berry, dill, black pepper, and peppermint in Curb AM creates a captivating flavor profile. These plants, individually delightful, are known for their detoxifying properties, liver support, and unique ability to curb food cravings. When combined, some individuals were initially hesitant to try, but once they did, the collective response was remarkably positive.

To gather more insights, I initiated a focus group whose members shared a strong emotional desire to eat less and resist cravings, particularly before meals or bedtime. Two blended candies, referred to as A and B, were presented to the group. Curb PM, with its blend of dandelion root, celery, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, emerged as a delightful combination aiding detoxification, liver support, and helping individuals manage cravings. Surprisingly, some participants reported reduced nicotine cravings, showcasing the unintended but welcoming effects of our blends. The same positive impact was noted for weight loss, as opting for a 10-calorie candy instead of a high-calorie bedtime snack contributed to lower daily calorie intake.

Over several months, data collection revealed a nearly 50% split on which blend individuals enjoyed the most. As a result, we decided to offer both blends, catering to those who sought support for morning and/or evening cravings. Our original intent was to provide a blend for the AM and one for the PM, but the flexibility of our community surprised us. Some found that due to their work schedules, the AM blend worked well in the afternoon. The choice is truly yours, and I encourage you to explore these blends for yourself.

Both A and B, now known as Curb AM and Curb PM, were pre-released and introduced in two selected US cities at the end of 2023. The journey to creating these blends has been an adventure, and we're excited to share it with you. 

Curb AM

Let's dive into the blends, starting with Curb AM. This blend combines dandelion root, schisandra berry, dill, black pepper, and peppermint. Individually delightful, but together, they create an intriguing flavor profile that has surprised even the skeptics. These plants aren't just about taste; they come with their own set of benefits:

- **Dandelion Root:** Known for its detoxifying properties, dandelion root supports liver health, aiding in the body's natural cleansing processes.

Curb PM

Moving on to Curb PM, the blend consists of dandelion root, celery, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Again, a delightful combination with detoxification and liver support properties, these plants offer additional benefits:

- **Dandelion Root:** Supporting the liver's natural detoxification processes, dandelion root helps in cleansing the body.

- **Celery:** Rich in fiber, celery promotes a feeling of fullness, helping to manage evening cravings.

Of course, it's essential to be mindful of certain considerations. Celery and cayenne pepper may interfere with certain blood thinner medications, and pregnant women should avoid celery essential oil due to potential side effects.
